Out of 30 new cases of COVID-19, reported in Da Nang (16); Quang Nam (9), Dak Lak (2), Dong Nai (1), Khanh Hoa (1), Ha Nam (1).
Specific information about these cases is as follows:
DISEASE 591: Female, 63 years old, Duy Xuyen, Quang Nam. On July 19 – 20, the patient had direct contact with BN456 in the city. Danang.
DISEASE 592: 100 year old female patient, Duy Xuyen, Quang Nam. On July 22, the patient entered Binh An Hospital, Quang Nam Province and then had time to treat with the Internal Medicine Department with BN524.
DISEASE 593: Male patient, 75 years old, TP. Hoi An, Quang Nam. In July, the patient visited his wife to treat the Internal Medicine – Kidney – Endocrinology Department of Da Nang General Hospital.
DISEASE 594: A 68-year-old female patient, TP. Hoi An, Quang Nam. On 14 and 20/7, patients took care of their daughters at the Department of General Medicine – Danang General Hospital.
DISEASE 595: Female patient, 50 years old, TP. Bien Hoa Dong Nai. On July 19, the patient went to Da Nang Hospital to visit his father and had contact with BN510. From July 20-25, BN595 and BN510 took turns taking care of their father at Da Nang Hospital.
PATIENT 596: Female patient, 23 years old, Thang Binh, Quang Nam. Patient is private clinic medical staff. On July 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, she entered the department of neurological trauma, Da Nang C Hospital to visit the patient.
DISEASE 597: Male patient, 39 years old, Thang Binh, Quang Nam. Patient is a child living in the same house as BN522 and BN523.
DISEASE 598: 8 year old female patient, Thang Binh, Quang Nam. The patient is a grandchild of BN522, BN523, a child of BN597, often in contact with each other.
CASES 599: 9-year-old female patient, Thang Binh, Quang Nam.
DISEASE 600: 7-year-old female patient, Thăng Bình, Quảng Nam
BN599 and BN600 are grandchildren of BN522, BN523, children of BN564, often in contact with each other.
DISEASE 601: A 41-year-old female patient, resident of Tan Phu district, city. Ho Chi Minh; temporarily staying in TP. Buon Ma Thuot, Dak Lak.
DISEASE 602: Male patient, 14 years old, TP. Buon Ma Thuot, Dak Lak Province. In July 2020, BN601 and BN602 went to Da Nang and attended a wedding reception at the For You Palace Center (where the case of SARS-CoV-2 infection was reported).
DISEASE 603: Male patient, 21 years old, Binh Thanh, TP. Ho Chi Minh. As an international student in California, USA. On July 30, 2020, the patient from the US entered the airport at Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa on flight VN319, was concentratedly isolated right after entry. Currently being isolated and treated at Khanh Hoa Tropical Hospital.
DISEASE 604-619: Patients were recorded in Da Nang city, received by the above medical units (Da Nang Hospital; Family Hospital; Hospital 199; Medical Center Cam Le District, Lien Chieu, Son Tra, Ngu Hanh Son, Thanh Ke) took samples and sent them to Da Nang Disease Control Center for testing on August 2.
DISEASE 620: Female patient, 44 years old, Phu Ly, Ha Nam. On July 17-25, the patient entered Da Nang city to work at a restaurant near Da Nang Hospital.
Thus, as of 18:00 on August 2, Vietnam had a total of 620 cases of COVID-19 , of which 307 cases of imported infections were immediately isolated; 5 patients died.
The total number of people in close contact and entry from the epidemic area under medical monitoring (quarantine): 91,216 people.
Treatment situation: According to the report of the National Steering Committee for the prevention and control of the epidemic, COVID-19, the number of first negative cases for SARS-CoV-2 is 6 cases. Number of 2nd negative cases or more for SARS-CoV-2 was 8 cases.
